Everything you need to know
Pit Pay pass holders will check in on the "Pit Side" of the ticket booth near the main grandstand entrance of the venue. (Near the bathrooms.)
No age restrictions. Pit passes are required for any child that is of walking age.
No person under the age of Ten (10) will be admitted into the pit area without an accompanying adult and must be signed in on a car’s pit crew. All persons under the age of eighteen (18) must have a minor release form signed by a parent or guardian. All participants under the age of eighteen (18) may be required to provide a registered/certified copy of birth certificate on file with One Four Promotions, LLC. No person under the age of eighteen (18), except for a participant, will be admitted to the infield area.
In the event of a "Race Cancellation" prior to the commencement of the event: Credits will be issued to participants through the PitPay App. In the event of a "Rain Out" during event competition, refunds will not be issued if the event racing program has completed qualifying/time trials.
