Founded in 2024, the CARS Tour West is the premier stock car series of the West Coast. Under the ownership of California natives Tim Huddleston and Kevin Harvick, the series aims to create an organized, structured, and competitive place for racers on the West Coast. Competing at the best tracks on the West Coast, the CARS Tour West provides the space and platform to crown champions and elevate West Coast racing to the top levels of motorsports.

- Choose Full Season Pit Pass from Series Profile
- Click On Roster To Choose Yourself or Teammates You Want To Purchase For
- Choose Pit Pass Option
- Complete Check Out
- Your pass will download the week of the event.
- Tap the red box in the center of the pass to sign the event waiver.

To Purchase a CARS Event Entry/Registration
You can purchase event registrations and pit passes for your whole team in one simple transaction.
PURCHASING BOTH FOR YOURSELF
• From the Event list in The Pit Pay App, choose the event you want
• Select Your Name From Your Roster
• Choose your Pit Pass from the available option
• Sign the Liability Agreement and Continue
• Select your name from the Roster
• Choose the Registration option
• Review the Event Information pdf
• Fill out the Registration Information Form
• Complete The Purchase
• You will See Your Registration & Pit Pass in Passes section of App under the Event Name
PURCHASING BOTH FOR ANOTHER ADULT
• From the App Menu, Tap Team / Group and follow the instructions to add an Adult to Your Team/Group Roster
• If they are already a Pit Pay user, you can Purchase for them right away, if you Invited them to your Team/Group we will notify you by Text. As soon as they sign up for Pit Pay you will be able to purchase for them.
• From the Event in the Pit Pay App, Choose Pit Pass & Registration and Select the person that you are purchasing for from your Roster.
• Choose the Pit Pass option.
• Choose the Person who needs the Registration from Your Roster and Continue
• Choose the Registration option
• Review the Event Information pdf
• Fill out the Registration Information Form
• Complete The Purchase
• They will See Their Pit Pass & Registration in the Passes Section of the App under the event name. The Pit Pass will have a red waiver box in the center, they tap that box to sign the waiver.
PURCHASING FOR A MINOR
• From the App Menu, Tap Minors and follow the instructions to add a Minor to Your Minor Roster
• From the Event in the Pit Pay App ,TAP Pit Passes & Registration and Select the Minor that you are Purchasing for from your Roster.
• Choose the Pit Pass Option
• Complete the Parent 1 portion of the Liability Agreement
• Review the Event Information PDF
• Fill Out The Registration Form
• Complete The Purchase
• Their Pit Pass & Registration will appear in the Passes section of your App under the event name.
• To Validate their Pit Pass, The Minor will be required to sign the Liabiity Agreement.
• Minor & Second Parent Signing – The Minor Can Sign the Agreement from the Text Link that Both Parents will Receive or in the App, Go the Passes Section, Open the Event, Tap The Red Square on their pit pass, Read and Tap Sign the Membership Agreement.

• Fill out the Registration Information form
• Complete The Purchase
• You will See Your Registration Pass in Passes section of App under Event Name
PURCHASING ANOTHER ADULT
