Bandolero Nationals

The 2024 and 27th Bandolero Nationals will be contested at Hawkeye Downs Speedway in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, September 6-7. It will be the first trip for the event to the State of Iowa and only the second time the event has been held in the Midwest. First held in 1998, Bandolero Nationals has visited 11 tracks through 2023, with Hawkeye Downs becoming the 12th different track to host the event. Bandolero Nationals is a required race for drivers chasing an INEX National Bandolero Championship. The two Bandolero divisions, Outlaws and Bandits, compete separately with individual features. History was made in 2023, when Alison Johnson became the first female to win the Outlaws Bandolero Nationals championship feature, on her way to becoming the first female to win the INEX Bandolero Outlaws National Championship.
